Continuity Control and My Compliance Info Join Forces
Compliance veteran to lead expansion of content and consulting group
06.08.2011 – NEW HAVEN, Conn.– Continuity Control™, the leading provider of compliance innovation for U.S.-based community banks and credit unions, announced today the merger of My Compliance Info into Continuity Control. With this move, industry veteran and My Compliance Info founder Pam Perdue will join Continuity’s executive team as Chief Compliance Strategist heading up the areas of regulatory content, consulting and examiner relations.
The merger increases the number of Continuity Control's clients to more than 200 banks and credit unions across the country and adds significant capabilities with additional partnerships and team members.

The offerings of My Compliance Info will extend the capabilities of Continuity Control's Bankers Assistant and Credit Union Assistant programs. Shortly after the integration, My Compliance Info's all-inclusive information service will become RegWatch: the industry's first and only workflow platform to feed regulatory updates and analysis directly into Continuity Control's process management system. Continuity’s hallmark "Blueprinting" on-boarding process for new clients will also become even stronger, adding a complimentary initial risk assessment and recommendations provided by an expanded team of expert consultants.
